2020 - Puppies are coming!
We bred Q to Stella (Windmills Perfect Storm) late February before our state’s Shelter-in-Place orders. It was challenging to get an appointment for an ultrasound when clinics were figuring out how to establish safety protocols to deal with veterinary emergencies. The situation finally settled a bit and at the beginning of April we were able to get an ultrasound, which showed 6-8 pups with healthy heartbeats.
Later in April we had an x-ray done so we could plan for the # of pups and hopefully avoid emergency visits given the challenges of SIP.
